Four Repos Merge Into One Monorepo

A day-long push folded the project’s four repositories into a single 773-commit tree, retired the last hand-rolled measurement code, and wired GitHub access to run without a human at the keyboard.

The headline move was repo consolidation: Docs, Inspection, and the vault were grafted into panopticon, landing at 773 commits with all 887 LFS objects verified intact. One binary, acrim_offset.stl, turned up as a dead pointer mid-merge; it was recovered from a working history before the graft closed. Cleanup along the way reclaimed 1.1 GB across the four repos.

Alongside the merge, facade retirement finished: the 25-plus call sites that had been routing through a measurement facade now call data_analyzer/statistics directly, parity-checked to 1e-12 against the old path. The day also opened a terminology audit — 110 registry entries reviewed, 9 unsourceable coinages purged, 85 verified terms kept — and shipped the GitHub credential fix (an env-scoped PAT replacing the sandboxed keychain) that made the whole autonomous push possible.
